Our stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The food was a delightful surprise, with a fantastic variety that we thoroughly enjoyed. The service, however, had some hiccups, especially during mealtime when we encountered rude staff. We had a fantastic time at this resort spa, with exceptionally clean and comfortable rooms. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, especially Sevilay in the restaurant. However, we faced some issues with the rude behavior of certain restaurant managers, which somewhat marred our experience. The dining options were mostly great, though I wished there were more grilled vegetables available.
